Henry Ford famously said, "If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself."

Our ability to work well with others is absolutely essential to our effectiveness as leaders. We've all been born with innate gifts and abilities, and have taken time to develop them into skills and competencies. But the most important skills we will ever develop are people skills.

Collaboration, the process of working with other people to achieve a goal, is a powerful force. Embracing collaboration unlocks the potential of our collective effort and paves the road for success.
