Reflection

How's your vision? As leaders, our God-given vision should be too big to accomplish by ourselves.

We can have all the dreams in the world, but if we don't have the right people doing it with us, we're never going to get there. The best leaders see potential and turn it into practice, calling people into purpose as we work together to move the mission forward.

A successful organization is not built on the gifts of one person, it's built on the sacrifices of many. When it comes to building teams, the best people to bring along are the ones who don't care what direction we're headed — they're just happy to be on the journey.
