Reflection

A transition refers to the process or period of changing from one state or condition to another. The truth is, life is full of transitions, and so is leadership.

When I think about the opportunity of transition, I'm reminded of Joshua. Amid massive transitions, God gives Joshua three promises that I believe are true for you today. That He will be with him, that He will guide him, and that He will give him strength.

If you find yourself in a period of transition, I want to encourage you — you're right where you need to be. And God's there with you. If you’re facing the fear of transition this year, start with God’s promise.
