As our teams, organizations, and influence continue to grow, it's easy to forget the value of the basics. Basic isn't minor — what appears small or trivial is often fundamental.

The greatest leaders have learned that no task is too small and no setback is too big. Consistency lays the foundation for growth. Let’s choose to be leaders who welcome the minor steps — over time, we'll discover they weren't minor at all.
