The only thing constant in life is change. Every change is accompanied by a time of transition, often requiring fresh ideas and new methods. If we want to be leaders who last, we shouldn't be surprised by transition seasons — we just need to learn how to navigate them well.
I want to be a leader who lasts. The longer we walk in leadership, the more change and transitions we will navigate. Change leads us into the unknown, and it's common to wish for a blueprint — a step-by-step guide to tell us what to exact and how to respond.
We might not have the whole plan, but we always have a promise of God's presence, guidance, and strength.
