Practical leadership handles for you and your teams.
I. Rename
Names bring identity, and identity brings purpose.
II. Reframe
Perspective is not the result of what’s in front of us, it’s the result of what’s inside of us.
III. Remain
The only time we truly fail is the last time we try.

We hear that term a lot, don’t we? The grind. It's the work that's laborious, routine, or mundane. The day-to-day work. The repeated work. The just-keep-showing-up work. The not-so-exciting work.
While we don't celebrate overworking and burnout, there's something to be said about committing to the grind of leadership. Leaders who last are the ones who have mastered the ability to rename the grind, reframe challenges, and remain in leadership.
The mundane moments are the catalyst for the memorable moments in life. That's where the magic happens — right where we least expect it.
