Practical leadership handles for you and your teams.
1. Choose a Person
You don’t find good leaders, you build them.
2. Give a Mission
People don’t attach to a task, they attach to a mission.
3. Share the Purpose
Give people a “why.”

This reminds me that building leaders is a process, not a project. It takes consistent investment. What area of development can you work on this week: Choosing people, giving mission, or sharing purpose?
