Starting with gratitude allows us to change our perspective and honor God for what He’s done in our lives.

‍As we prepare for VOUS Conference, it is important that we begin to prepare our hearts and minds for the experience. To do this, we will be taking you on a 5 day prayer journey leading up to what we hope will be the best 4 days of your life. 

‍For our first day, we will take time to show reverence and gratitude to God. Reverence is a way we show respect and honor Him for who he is. Gratitude is our way of thanking Him for what he has done in our lives.
 

‍"I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the Lord Most High." - Psalm 7:17

Take a moment to soak in the goodness of God and reflect on how good He’s been to you. Think of some times when you have run from Him and He has chased you down. 

‍Use this opportunity to give Him thanks for what He’s done in your life and for what He’s going to do in your heart through Vous Conference.

‍Prayer: 

‍God, I enter into your presence today praising you for who you are. You are the creator of the Universe. You are the giver of life. Thank you for giving me life and life more abundantly. Thank you for giving me a unique purpose and calling. 

‍You are Abba, a good and gracious father. Even when I was far from you, God, thank you for chasing after me and welcoming me into your house. 

‍You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider. In you, I have everything I need. Thank you for seeing me, and caring for every detail of my life. 

‍I love you, God. I believe that you are going to show up in a mighty way at VOUS Conference.
