Faith is the lens that allows us to see God in everything we are going through and believing He is going to work everything for our good.

We use faith in our daily lives, we have faith that our car is going to work when we turn it on, we have faith that the doctor knows what they’re doing when they are examining us, we have faith that the staircase is not going to break while we are stepping on it, and so on and on. In other words, we have faith for almost everything we do.

Having faith basically means expecting that things will turn out right. Spiritually speaking, having faith in God is trusting in Him even if we can’t see Him. It’s believing He is working things for our good, even if it doesn’t really look like it at the moment.

"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." - Hebrews 11:1,6

Vous Conference is a place where God wants to stretch your faith in Him in every area of your life. In your finances, your relationships, your health and your daily living. It doesn’t matter how small or big your faith is, all He needs is a willing heart and a desire to increase your trust in Him.

Prayer:

Jesus today I come to you and ask for forgiveness for all those times you’ve been close to me but I doubted your presence. For those difficult moments where I felt full of despair and thought you didn’t care about me, but actually you were working all things for my good.

I pray that you strengthen my faith and help me put my trust in you. Help me believe in all the things you’ve spoken to my life and give me the courage I need to hold on to them with a hopeful heart.

I put all the different areas of my life in your hands and trust that you are in control. I believe that you are going to do wonderful things in me through Vous Conference and that you are going to stretch my faith like never before.

In your name I pray.

Amen.
